Quick Start
Duration tools are used to convert and calculate time intervals. On HeronTool, you can use Time Duration to directly input start and end times and get the precise difference in hours, minutes, and seconds. For example, to calculate the duration from 09:30 to 14:15, simply select the start and end times—the tool automatically outputs 4 hours 45 minutes.
Cross-Period Calculations
When you need to calculate durations spanning multiple days, weeks, or months, use Weeks Between and Months Between. Enter two dates, and the tool returns the full number of weeks or months, along with remaining days. For example, from 2025-01-01 to 2025-02-15, the months between is 1 month and 14 days, and the weeks between is 6 weeks and 3 days.
Real-Time Timing and Conversion
For real-time duration measurement, use Chronometer. Click start, and when finished, it records the total seconds, which you can convert to "h:mm:ss" format with one click. For instance, if the chronometer shows 3725 seconds, the conversion yields 1:02:05. All tools allow copying results for easy pasting into documents.
